Terms of Service

By creating an account on Summoner Love you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Summoner Love. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account if we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate, truthful information in your profile
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate other people
• You may not share your account with others

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post nude, sexually explicit, or violent content
• Post content that promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Attempt to scam, defraud, or solicit money from other users
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content to other users as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly (€15) or yearly (€99) via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime via Settings → Manage Subscription
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Summoner Love is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will find a match. We are not responsible for interactions that happen off the platform. Use common sense and stay safe when meeting people from the internet.

Summoner Love is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Riot Games. League of Legends is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.
